Our plans start at $2,998 a month, and websites start at $3,500 one-time. All prices are in Canadian dollars, with GST/HST added based on your province (GST and QST in Quebec). The more useful question is not the price but whether a plan pays for itself in gross profit, and this page shows you how to check that before you sign anything.

Judging the fee against your gross profit
A plan is worth it when the gross profit it books, after ad spend, clearly exceeds its fee. Here is a quick way to test that with your own figures.
Say you choose the Growth plan at $4,498 a month and spend another $6,000 on ads, for $10,498 in total marketing cost. If your typical replacement leaves $2,700 in gross profit and a repair leaves $190, the plan breaks even at roughly four replacements a month, or about 55 repairs, or any mix in between. Anything beyond that is profit the plan created.
Now add maintenance members. Each new member who renews for several years adds recurring gross profit without a new acquisition cost, so the break-even point drops further every year the plan runs. The maintenance agreement guide shows how to put a value on a member.
The numbers above are illustrative; use your own margins, or ask your accountant for them. We are not accountants and do not give tax or financial advice.
What drives the cost
- How many job types and service areas you sell. More lines and more towns mean more pages, campaigns and tracking.
- How competitive your market is. Dense metro markets usually need more content and more ad management than smaller centres.
- The state of your tracking. Companies with no source-to-job reporting need more setup in the first months.
- How much of the work your team already does. If your office handles review requests or your owner writes content, the plan can be lighter.
How to choose a plan
- Starter suits a company with one main service area that needs the basics working and measured: a sound site, a strong Google Business Profile, and booked-job reporting.
- Growth suits a company already spending on ads that wants margin-weighted campaigns, CRM integration, review generation and weekly visibility.
- Elite suits multi-location or high-volume operations that want video, PR and a dedicated account manager with a live dashboard.
If you are unsure, start with the free trial and the margin mapping conversation. The numbers usually make the choice obvious. Compare services on the services page, and see the FAQ for questions about contracts and ownership.
Risk reversal, plainly
Before any fee, the 7-day free trial gives you an audit of your marketing, a check of how your website performs, an SEO review and a benchmark against competitors. No credit card is asked for. There is no lock-in. For owners who want fees tied more directly to results, the group's Growth Partner Program is performance-based, and partnerships are limited.
Full, current pricing is always on hvac.agency/pricing.
Frequently asked questions
Is ad spend included in the monthly fee?
No. Media spend on Google, Meta and similar platforms is paid directly from your own accounts, so you see every dollar and keep the account history. The plan fee covers strategy, setup, management and reporting.
What does the 7-day free trial include?
Four pieces of work: a marketing audit, a website performance check, an SEO review and a comparison with your local competitors. You need no credit card for it, and nothing obliges you to continue.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans carry no lock-in. We would rather keep clients because the monthly report shows the plan paying for itself.
Do prices include GST or HST?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Canadian clients add 5% GST in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and the territories, 13% to 15% HST in Ontario and Atlantic Canada, or GST and QST in Quebec.
Can fees be tied to results instead?
For some companies, yes. The group's performance-based Growth Partner Program is explained on HVACGrowthPartner.ca, and availability is limited.
