HVACProfit.ca exists because too many HVAC owners are paying for marketing they cannot judge. The reports talk about impressions, clicks and leads, while the owner is thinking about margin, payroll and whether the trucks will be busy in April. We built this service to speak the owner's language: job value, cost per booked job and recurring profit from maintenance members.
The company
HVACProfit.ca is a Canadian digital marketing and business coaching service for HVAC and heating companies. It is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, serving clients across Canada.
- Sedighi.ca is Ali's own consulting company, working on growth, marketing and technology. Its brands, from HVAC.Agency and HVAC.Digital to Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca, each serve a different kind of client.
- SAZ.ca (Strategy & Acceleration Zone) is the group's Canadian consulting firm for strategy, AI and revenue acceleration. Ali Sedighi founded it and serves as Founder and Managing Partner.
HVACProfit.ca sits in the HVAC.Agency family of services, the group's home for heating and cooling marketing. Pricing for every plan follows the HVAC.Agency structure, explained on our pricing page.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Ali Sedighi leads HVACProfit.ca. He holds an MBA in Technology Management and has 17+ years of experience in digital marketing, starting in 2007, when he founded ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency. He now lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Ali is the founder of Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and of MyAutomation.ca, and is Founder and Managing Partner of SAZ.ca. He has worked with clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai, and has built 150+ live HVAC websites, including CombiBoiler.ca, GasBoilers.ca and HVACDeal.ca. More of that work is on our results page.
His interest in profit-first marketing comes from the same place as his conversion work: a campaign is only as good as what happens after the click. In HVAC, that means the phone call, the booking, the quote and, eventually, the renewal.
How we work
We work in a fixed order, because each step depends on the one before.
- Numbers first. We start with your job types, average invoices and the gross margins you or your accountant provide. Nothing gets spent until there is a ceiling for what a booked job may cost.
- Measure before changing. Tracking goes in early, so every later decision can be checked against booked jobs rather than opinions.
- Fix the cheapest leaks first. Booking rate and quote follow-up often matter more than ad spend, and fixing them costs less.
- Spend where the margin is. Only then do budgets grow, and they grow toward the job types and seasons with the most gross profit.
- Build what compounds. Maintenance members, strong service pages and genuine reviews keep paying after the campaign ends.
Every month you get a plain-language report: spend, booked jobs, cost per booked job, gross profit booked and members gained or lost. You own the website, the ad accounts, the tracking numbers and the data. Plans start with a 7-day free trial, with no credit card and no lock-in.
What we are not
Being clear about limits is part of being useful.
- We are not an HVAC contractor. We never install, repair or service equipment, never send technicians and never compete for your customers.
- We are not accountants. We do not prepare financial statements, give tax advice or tell you how to record revenue. For bookkeeping and tax, our sister service HVAC.Accountant works with partner CPAs.
- We do not promise rankings or lead counts. We set targets with you and report honestly against them.
- We do not give legal or compliance advice. Where regulators matter, such as provincial safety authorities, we link to them and suggest you confirm with them directly.
Positioning in one sentence

Frequently asked questions
Who owns HVACProfit.ca?
HVACProfit.ca is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. It is led by Ali Sedighi, MBA in Technology Management.
Is HVACProfit.ca an HVAC company?
No. Nobody at HVACProfit.ca installs, repairs or services heating or cooling equipment, and we are not a contractor of any kind. We provide marketing and business coaching to the companies that do the work.
Do you work with companies outside BC?
Yes. We work with HVAC companies in all 10 provinces and 3 territories, meeting in person or by video call and working by phone, text and email.
Will I deal with a junior account manager?
When you call, text or email, you reach a senior strategist. Planning decisions and monthly reviews are handled at that level, not handed off to someone reading from a template.
