Talk to us about your numbers

Call, text or email and you will reach a senior strategist. Bring a few rough numbers and the first conversation will be far more useful.

The quickest way to start is to call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. You will reach a senior strategist, not a call centre or a sales sequence. The phones are staffed Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day.

What happens next

  1. You reach out

Call, text or email with a line about your business.

  2. We reply

Usually within one business day, on the channel you chose.

  3. You talk to a senior strategist

A focused conversation about your goals, market and numbers.

Three ways to reach us

Call (604) 632-4959. Best if you want to talk through your situation now. If we miss you, leave a short message with your name, company and a good time to call back.

Text (604) 632-4959. Handy between jobs. A one-line text with your company name and what you want to fix is enough to get started, and we will reply with a time to talk.

Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Best if you want to send numbers, a recent marketing report or a list of questions. Attachments such as an agency report or a job export are welcome.

We do not use forms, chat widgets or booking calendars. A real conversation is faster and tells us more.

What to include in your message

The more of these you can share, even roughly, the more useful the first call will be:

  • Company name, city and service area. Which towns or regions you cover, and whether you plan to expand.
  • What you sell most. Replacements, repairs, maintenance, heat pumps, boilers, commercial work, or a mix.
  • Average invoice by job type. Estimates are fine, for example "furnace replacements around $7,000, repairs around $400".
  • Rough gross margin. If your accountant has given you a figure, use theirs. If not, give your best estimate and say so.
  • Monthly marketing spend. Agency fees and ad spend, separately if you know them.
  • Maintenance members. Roughly how many you have and whether they renew.
  • What is bothering you. Thin shoulder seasons, too many low-ticket calls, an agency report you cannot read, or calls that never book.

You do not need all of this. A name, a phone number and one sentence about the problem is a perfectly good start.

What happens next

  1. We reply. Usually within one business day, by whichever channel you used, to set a time to talk.
  2. First conversation. A short call or video meeting. We go through your numbers, sketch your current cost per booked job and point out where the obvious leaks are. You will come away with something useful whether or not you hire us.
  3. Written plan. If it makes sense to go further, you receive a short written plan with the services, the plan price, ad spend and the targets we would report against. Paid plans start with the 7-day free trial.

There is no obligation at any step, and no lock-in if you go ahead.

Before you contact us, a quick self-check

If you want to arrive with something concrete, try this: take last month's marketing spend and divide it by the number of jobs you can confidently say came from marketing. That is your rough cost per booked job. Then compare it with the gross profit of a typical job. If you cannot do the division because you do not know how many jobs came from marketing, that is the first thing we would fix. The cost-per-booked-job guide explains the method.
